The Vacancy
  • Project Support: Assist in the successful delivery of various wastewater system projects, including gravity and pressurized systems.
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and repairs.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and phone calls) and respond to inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases (both physical and digital).
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate events, trainings, or projects as assigned.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by managing documentation and setting up workspaces.
  • Provide guidance or training on administrative tools and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer service orientation.

 

Experience: Relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably within the water or utility sector.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
