Introduction

We’re proud to announce that Friends of Combe Valley has received a £2,500 grant from the Enterprise Mobility Foundation, following a nomination by Cappagh Browne.

This funding will power their vital work at Combe Valley Countryside Park, boosting biodiversity, improving access, and creating spaces where wildlife and people thrive. From maintaining walking trails, to planting native species, their efforts deliver sustainability that benefits the entire community.

Earlier this year, our team joined forces with Friends of Combe Valley for a hands-on volunteering day. Together, we installed eco-friendly grass matting made from 75% recycled rubber, cleared invasive plants, and prepared safer pathways for visitors. It was a rewarding experience that showcased the impact of collaboration and shared values.

A huge thank you to the Enterprise Mobility Foundation for making this possible. At Cappagh Browne, we’re committed to supporting initiatives that crate real, lasting change for the environment and local communities.
