Role Purpose
We are seeking a Trainee IT Support Specialist to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service and support to field and office users across Kent/Sussex/Hampshire
Role Summary
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Perform regular system updates and backups.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate to improve processes and systems.
- Educate and train users on best practices and new technologies.
- Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post
Full Training will be provided

Experience Required
- Hold a clean UK driving licence
- Proficient in the use of a smartphone
- Basic IT skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook an advantage)
- Good communication skills
- Strong administration skills
